Came in for appetizers. The mozzarella sticks were good. The spinach dip was awful. Asked for shrimp go be added and it was cold. The switched it out but yeah. Staff was nice. We got free glasses. I don't nees to go again.

Food was ok, service pretty bad. It was so loud the server couldn't hear to take our order. We were surprised how fast they seated us, but then it took forever to get our food, and they brought the appetizers after all our main dishes?!?!The food was hit and miss. Mac and cheese was amazing, fried chicken and some types of shrimp we're good. The jambalaya pasta was disappointing -- it's definitely a pasta dish, mostly noodles with a little bit of sauce. My sister ordered a chicken sandwich which she described as "edible." The gumbo was surprisingly good, but it had a bit of a strange flavor to it that put some people off.

Went there for dinner and the food was horrible! What kind of shrimp place doest know how to serve properly CLEANED shrimp?? Not to mention I ordered Forests surf and turf.... I ordered the steak medium (which is suppose to be a warm pink center for anyone who knows how a steak should be cooked) came out well done with uncleaned shrimp. So I sent it back then waited about 20-30 more mins and they brought out another plate and it was just flat out disgusting. The head chef attempted to get me to order something else for free but I declined. He did gift me 2 mugs because they also had no souvenir cups.But I will never go back ever again!

We paid over 80$ for two and unfortunatelly it was not worth it

I would because restaurant very popular .we had to wait 45 minutes without reservation. But it was worth it.

If it's not standard practice, it should be. Employees should be treated like royalty in my opinion.

Hush puppies and gumbo was my lunch of choice. the fish n chips are always great, both in quality and quantity. Think cut cod and halibut steaks. That smoked salmon chowder is so rich you can hardly finish a cup let alone a whole bowl. Only thing I wouldn't order is the coffee. Worst on the pier imo. Some wannabe sbc knock off roast, Tullies or Pete's or w/e. Head to the hard rock for drinks.

They do take reservations, and you can even call them a little before if you know you'll be late

Kid's hot dog and fries. They also have burgers.
