Came in for appetizers. The mozzarella sticks were good. The spinach dip was awful. Asked for shrimp go be added and it was cold. The switched it out but yeah. Staff was nice. We got free glasses. I don't nees to go again.

Food was ok, service pretty bad. It was so loud the server couldn't hear to take our order. We were surprised how fast they seated us, but then it took forever to get our food, and they brought the appetizers after all our main dishes?!?!The food was hit and miss. Mac and cheese was amazing, fried chicken and some types of shrimp we're good. The jambalaya pasta was disappointing -- it's definitely a pasta dish, mostly noodles with a little bit of sauce. My sister ordered a chicken sandwich which she described as "edible." The gumbo was surprisingly good, but it had a bit of a strange flavor to it that put some people off.

Went there for dinner and the food was horrible! What kind of shrimp place doest know how to serve properly CLEANED shrimp?? Not to mention I ordered Forests surf and turf.... I ordered the steak medium (which is suppose to be a warm pink center for anyone who knows how a steak should be cooked) came out well done with uncleaned shrimp. So I sent it back then waited about 20-30 more mins and they brought out another plate and it was just flat out disgusting. The head chef attempted to get me to order something else for free but I declined. He did gift me 2 mugs because they also had no souvenir cups.But I will never go back ever again!

Bubba Gump was such a great choice to have a meal.... food was perfectly cooked with good time. great service from all the staff table was next to the window with a unbelievable view of the bay waters... well worth the price. Definitely will be eating there again....

The food is delicious at most if not all Bubba Gump restaurants. However, the view on the deck is magnificent. You sit and eat looking at the calm bay waters and watch the fog roll in covering from sight the large steel beams of the bridge. people watch. Wonderful overall experience!

Great service - efficient, helpful & always checking to see if things are going well throughout our dinner. When my mom slipped in the restroom, she was attended to before being escorted back to the table arm in arm by the service staff who found her. We had a lovely meal & will definitely be back for more 😉

One of my favorite places. I always visit this place when I visit San Francisco. Tasty and fresh food will always satisfy any of my gastronomic desires. From the windows of this institution offers a magnificent view of the Alcatraz and the Golden Gate Bridge and other beauty.

I went because it’s really famous because for Forest Gump, the expectations you have for a 40-50 mins waiting line is really high. Everyone wants the window table. Food is good but it does not make worth the 50 min wait to get a table.

This place is always yummy and has reasonable prices. We had a delicious Valentine's dinner. Of course it's in S.F. so getting to this spot can be pricey due parking. The wait times are always super long but worth the wait.

Amazing shrimp &&& ocean views, I visited the restaurant during a Saturday night && no line. Super great environment. Best part is the Forest Gump Trivia the waiter quizzes you on!

Great food and service. Our waiter was fast and efficent with the whole process. Had fish tacos that were pretty bomb. Great place to eat if you have a party.

Very nice place to eat with great views of Alcatraz island. The food was good and the service was too. Not quite a 5 star but a solid 4.

Wonderful environment. Upbeat and friendly staff and my man blue is the best!!! You know who you are blue!!! Overall a great place to go to for any occasion. Thanks y'all for a great experience.

I love eating there. It was a weight but it was worth it. I had a great time. It was my granddaughter's birthday. She really enjoyed herself and so did the rest of the family. We shall be going back this summer.

Great location with a view of the water. Place gets extremely busy. Our server was friendly and mentioned that there are menu items that can accommodate people with peanut and tree nut allergies. The garlic shrimp was cooked perfectly and not too salty (compared to the shrimp with cajun spice). The Forest Gump movie played on the monitors. The restaurant validates parking in the gift shop area--where you end up spending a few more $$ on souvenirs...

We love coming here when we visit. The views are amazing. Service was just a tiny off but we found out she was new so we weren’t upset. Food was delicious as always but kinda bummed we didn’t get the Forrest Gump questions lol my daughter loves those

My first experience at Bubba Gump shrimp was great. The staff are very friendly, the food is first rate, the place is clean and I totally get why Bubba Gump shrimp is a global brand with a fantastic reputation. Sadly they are not in England.

First time ever at a Bubba Gump and I loved it! Waitress was super nice, great energy, and wonderful food. Can’t wait to come again on my next trip to the area.

I love this place. Great views, great food. If your a landry's you get VIP treatment and skip the long lines. Lots of tasty drinks as well.

First time at a Bubba Gump, the food was delicious and we got a seat right by the pier window. It was New Year's day so it wasn't really busy and we got seated in a couple minutes. Definitely a tourist stop bit without being super cheesy.

Came here for my mother’s birthday and it was our first time ever trying Bubba Gump! We absolutely loved it! Great service which I found interesting they will come to the table if you change the license plates found on each table to Stop Forest Stop instead of Run Forest Run! Delicious food and with great views of Bay Bridge, Alcatraz! Can’t wait to come again! Kids loved their boat with food in it and kept the boat as a little souvenir ☺️ A perfect place for the whole family.

Always enjoy our time there. The wait was not that long and our server was nice, and helpful. The food was great like always! We will be back!

This place is my first choice restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I love it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to this restaurant. Whenever I I need a good supper, this place comes right away to my head. splendid and food and a large menu.trained staff, and good ambience. And very important, the cost is affordable. I suggest this spot with great pleasure.

Fun Forest Gump themed restaurant with great views of the water. The stuffed shrimp was delicious as was the shrimp mac and cheese. We only waited about 5 minutes for a table and our food came quickly. I would definitely stop by if you're in the area.

Pricey but to be expected. Based off of movie and the interior is decorated with tons of movie memorabilia. Kids meals are a tad overpriced but not terribly. Wait wasn't too long. I want to say about 20 minutrs. We walked around the gift shop. There's some cute stuff. Most shirts are about 20 to 30. Go to the clearance area and dig around. There's good stuff there. Shrimp was delicious and juicy. We left stuffed and happy. Views out the window of the bay are incredible. Between 3 of us we spent around $65. That did include ordering one of the most expensive items off the menu. I would go again.

Was so excited to eat here, as I am kind of like Forest. I have once eaten a dog terd. The shrimp kind of tasted like that.

Very good food! Fantastic service. Everyone there was super nice and it had such a great view of the bay.

I've been going to 'Gumps for years, it never gets old. The views of the Bay and of San Francisco are amazing from there. The service is always friendly and kind, and even when I wait 45 minutes for a table, me and my date or my kids ALWAYS have a fun time. It's definitely worth the wait and if you can, call before 2pm to make appointment s for a seat after 4... It gets busy!
